Privacy policy

• We do not use cookies and we do not ask you to sign up or log in.
• The name you give your agent stays in your browser. It is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
• Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.

The demo call only starts when you press “Start demo call” and allow the microphone. Your voice and the conversation are processed by ElevenLabs, the company that runs the AI receptionist, and the recording and transcript are kept for 30 days so we can fix problems, then deleted. Please do not share card numbers, OTPs or ID numbers in the demo. The demo may store small technical data in your browser to run the call.

The “Ask for setup” buttons open WhatsApp with a message ready; nothing is sent until you press send. When you do, we receive your WhatsApp number, name and what you write. We use it only to reply to you and set up your agents, and we do not sell or share it.

• Your customer lists, books and messages are used only to do the work you asked for.
• We never sell your data or your customers’ data.
• Big actions, such as payments and messages sent in your name, wait for your approval.
• You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, and you can withdraw consent. Autivex will respond to such requests.

Questions or complaints about your data: Aditya Mondal, on WhatsApp at +91 77977 94688.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
